Application Terms

These terms apply to the private desktop application named Rose's Roadhouse Ads Automation.

Authorized use

The application is for the owner or an authorized administrator of Rose's Roadhouse to review and manage the restaurant's own Google Ads account. It is not a public advertising service and may not be used to access an account without permission.

Approval and spending controls

Reports and dry-run previews do not create or enable advertising. Provider changes require the applicable access rights and the application's explicit approval controls. The owner remains responsible for reviewing campaign settings, advertising claims, targeting, budgets, billing, and Google account permissions before approving a change.

Third-party services

Use of Google Ads and Google APIs remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. A Google service interruption, account restriction, verification requirement, or API change may limit application functionality.
