Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the private, owner-operated application named Rose's Roadhouse Ads Automation. It explains how the application handles Google user data from the restaurant's own Google Ads account.

Data the application accesses

After the owner grants OAuth consent, the application may access Google Ads account identity and settings, campaign and advertising configuration, performance metrics, search terms, conversion configuration and results, and related Google Ads reporting data available through the authorized Google Ads account. It also uses OAuth credentials required to authenticate the owner's access.

How the data is used

The data is used only to audit and report on Rose's Roadhouse advertising, prepare campaign and optimization previews, detect configuration or tracking problems, and carry out a separately approved Google Ads change. The application does not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, credit decisions, or sale to data brokers.

Storage and protection

OAuth credentials are stored only in a local configuration file excluded from the project's source repository. Imported reporting and operational records are stored in a local SQLite database on the owner's controlled computer. The application is designed not to print, log, or commit OAuth tokens or client secrets.

Sharing

The application does not sell Google user data and does not share it with unrelated third parties. Data is exchanged with Google only as required to authenticate and use the Google Ads API. The public Rose's Roadhouse website does not receive the application's OAuth credentials or imported Google Ads account data.

Retention and deletion

Local credentials and imported records are retained only while the owner needs the application for the purposes described above. The owner can revoke the application's Google access from the Google Account permissions page and delete the local credential, OAuth metadata, and reporting database files. Changes

This policy will be updated if the application's data practices change. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
